In Glendale

We went to Phoenix for a few days after Vegas to visit Joe's sister and family.  Here are a few pictures of Isaac and Keila having some fun.  They even got me to go through the tunnels and down the slides.  We enjoyed seeing them again!

Merry Christmas!!

I woke up Kitty who was sound asleep.
The boys were really excited that Santa had come to their house and now there were more presents at Grandpa and Grandma's.

Kyle checking that baby Jesus is in the manger.

Connor really likes playing with the tool case and wearing the protective goggles.
Kyle trying to get his train to work - took a few of us until Connie figured it out.
Connor with his new school bus

Wow a suit for the big boy

Joe and I opening our presents - showing off our new hick shirts
This will look nice in their home office
Trying to take pictures with their little cameras currently of himself
This will look even better in the office
Perfect gift for the coming newborn - a comfy rocking chair
 Kade with Grandpa
Mom went on a fun, tricky treasure hunt for her present throughout the house with us trailing along.
What a find!!  A beautiful heart necklace designed by none other than Bryan.
The entire family loves that chair.

Christmas Eve

Everyone came over.  Connor loves the animals.  Here he is petting Molly.
All of us sang a Christmas carol before opening our traditional PJs.
Us trying to take pictures of ourselves again.
Look at those fine PJs.
Reading the nativity up at Red Rock.

Went back to the house after eating - check out the flannel.
 Gotta love trains.
Here Kade and Kyle are playing with the big presents.
All of us together (Mom and Bryan taking pictures).  The guys were funny because they joked about how they looked like some Christmas thieves courtesy of their beannies.

Boise State Wins Again

We headed out to the Boise State game at Sam Boyd Stadium on Thursday before Christmas.  Kade even had his hair dyed blue to show his team spirit.
Eric was definitely the most excited.
Mom called the first play of the game - Boise returned the kick off for a touchdown.
Joe and I cheering the Broncos on.

Kade loved the popcorn.  I think because it was so cold requiring mittens he didn't want to eat it without them on.  So Joe tossed them in - Kade pretended to be a little monster.
As we all know, it was a blow out game.  Even so it was still exciting.

Bellagio at Christmas

After we landed in Vegas, we stopped off at the Bellagio to see the gardens all decorated.

Beautiful snowflakes.
Feeling like we are right at the North Pole.

What a tall, tall tree.  Gorgeous too!

It's amazing what they can do with flowers huh?

Erica loved the penguins.
Opening presents at home.
We were glad to see Jeff and Erica before they left for Arizona for Christmas.  Already missing them lots.
