18 Going On 19 With Ultrasound In Between

Here is my growing belly at 18 weeks.
 Then at 19 weeks.
Between these pictures, we had our second trimester ultrasound where we thankfully continued to learn we have a healthy, growing baby, but, also, the little one's gender.
Cute pictures of a hand and foot.
Despite prodding and turning though baby wouldn't turn to get the best profile picture, but here is what we got.
And the baby is a . . .
 Her estimated measurements.
Following our appointment, we went to the store and bought baby girl's first two outfits - one chosen by Joe and one by me.  How exciting!!

17 weeks

Here is our growing bump at seventeen weeks.

Below are also some pictures of my sweet, little cuddly buddies who clearly love lounging.

The North Pole

After Christmas, we hopped into the cars and took a fun road trip to The North Pole (really Kingman, AZ).  We stopped at a choo-choo train we found along the way.  We also found a really cool drive through zoo nearby.  They had lots of different animals.

The snow was a big highlight for the little guys.

After all the sights at the quaint zoo, we grabbed a bite to eat then headed to the train station to get on the Polar Express heading for the North Pole with hopes to see Santa.
It started snowing kind of hard when everyone was boarding the train.  We found our seats then sang Christmas Carols and drank hot chocolate prior to our arrival.

The lights of the North Pole were really cool.  We even saw Santa in his sleigh, but to our excitement he boarded the train giving a silver bell to all the kids.  The boys were really excited!  Thanks for the great trip Bryan & Mom!!

Christmas Day

At last, the big day came.  We made lots of food including clam chowder in the morning so things would be ready when everyone came over.
Cam and Eric chilling out on the couch.
Puppy slipped behind the cushion but was quit comfortable and super cute.

Opening presents was really fun especially watching the boys.

I can't remember what this present was but Connor's facial expression shows how excited he was.

All of them loved their little guitars.

Jeff made them a really cool car ramp which they all loved.

This was really cute how they were all sitting on the couch strumming on their guitars.
Later on we blew out the candle to celebrate the birth of Jesus.  Each of the boys took several turns blowing out the candle.

Thanks to all my family for another memorable Christmas celebration especially my parents who always do so much for us and keep our family traditions alive!!
