Dallas Arboretum & More

Last Thursday the 15 we went out to a restaurant with Aubrey for the first time.  We had a coupon deal and had never eaten there before.  Putting it simple, even with a coupon again we will never eat there again.  But it was lots of fun taking Aubrey!  She did really good there but kept looking around like "Where have you taken me?".

 On Saturday, we headed up to the Dallas Arboretum.  It was really pretty.  One of the themes was Alice In Wonderland. 

 This was really pretty.  Behind me is a fun splash pad area.

 She is using her voice a lot now.  She found her hands.  She laughed out loud while awake on Saturday (she has already been doing so during sleepy time) and she is squealing.

 We are starting to retire her 0-3 month clothes.  Here she is for the last time in the first 0-3 month clothing we put her in.

 She has also filled out her Fourth Of July dress pretty well too.

More Of Our Quickly Growing Aubrey

Our little Aubrey seriously does love her bouncer!  Always lots of smiles or comfy naps.

 On Saturday, the 10th we took her to another park where we got on the swing for the first time together.  You can tell that even though it is 8:30pm it is still hot out.

She had her two month check up yesterday.  My how she has grown!!  She is now 13lbs 6.5ozs (90%) and 23.5ins (89%).  Just compare the following car seat picture when we drove her home from the hospital to the one above.  You can totally see the difference.

Splish Splash Into August

We can't believe it is already August or that little Aubrey is almost two months old!  Here she is continuing to enjoy monkey seat.

We finally went to the office to have our pictures taken for the pool passes.  So we were able to enjoy her first pool time this past Saturday the third.
