Immediately after getting back home from Vegas we started our road trip out to CT. Here she is starting out on our adventure.

Waking up at our first hotel. The night before we visited with The Shorters in Lynchburg - it was wonderful to see all of them again - unfortunately I did not take any pictures during our visit though.
She enjoyed having continental breakfast at the hotels too.

We headed out for a visit to Gettysburg.
Joe had us do a bus tour. Aubrey made it through it pretty well.
We went to several of the monuments ourselves too. Aubrey was zonked out.

We settled into the apartment we subletted for the weeks we were there. Here she is chilling out the next morning in the rocking chair.

We had a picnic dinner at East Rock Park - the view and sunset were great!
We made a visit to the medical school campus and YNHH to see my prior co-workers - it was great catching up with them.
