After going to the NYC temple, we went to a Chinese restaurant with the branch members. Joe used his Chinese skills with the waiter.
Afterwards, Jonathan invited us along to the Circus at Madison Square Garden. Joe was a little skeptical but I had never been to the Circus before - I was excited.
So the Circus was a fun experience until they brought out some of the animals, especially the elephants. They looked extremely depressed and apathetic. Kind of depressed me the rest of the night. On top of that, although we were in the Garden, it didn't smell like one.
The acrobats were the best part but, for me, the Circus is not going to draw me back anytime soon.
