Once I found out the annual AAPA Conference was at home in Vegas this year, I new it was a definite for me. So Joe and I packed up for the trip home!
Love, love, love my puppy and kitty!!
Kade helping make the classic, home-made ice cream
We went out on a short road trip on Memorial Day.
All the boys are watching the fishes in the river - they were quit excited.
Kyle having fun with the water spout. Almost got himself drenched.
Mom with her 3 munchkins
Following are Kade's pictures he took. Maybe someday he'll be a photographer. . .
Love the shoes.
Made a stop at the Southern Nevada Veteran's Cemetery. Every Memorial Day they put out flags on each grave with a program. We were too late for the whole ceremony, but we were able to speak with a few families visiting their Veteran's. We are grateful to all those willing to make such a sacrifice for our country and our freedoms.
Kade and Kyle helped the volunteers take down the flags.
Prior to leaving after my CME conference, we went to the Mirage. First we saw the dolphins.
Fascinating!!
Next we visited the lions. The boys really liked the lion statue too.
Almost had all of them looking.
Unfortunately, all of the lions, tigers, panthers, etc had scheduled nap time during our visit. Tried to wake them but didn't work too well.
Two cute ones of Kade at church. Love my nephews and so grateful to see my family!!
