Joe came to Vegas a few days after Christmas. One of the first things we did was make my parents and Ryan some amazing food - sweet n' sour meatballs. Thanks to Mrs. Lydia Buswell we frequently enjoy this delicious recipe that I have loved since Lydia first made it for our roommate cooking group nearly 5 years ago.
Molly is pretty psyched about the meatballs too!
On another day, we went with my parents to tour Red Rock Canyon National Park with the stunning views and sunny skies.
Afterwards, we traveled up to Mt. Charleston for lunch, bought a sled, and went for some slippery slides.
By the end, we were both freezing and very wet. Luckily, my dad had his camera and not only took pictures but a few videos too.
